Cooking Tips
If you want your vinaigrette to last longer, and some prepared
mustard before you shake it. The mustard will help prevent
the oil and lemon juice or vinegar from separating.
The cardinal rule for cooking pasta is to use plenty of water.
This is especially true of dried pasta which cooks longer
and throws off more starch than fresh. If cooked in too little
water, all of that free starch will stick to the noodles and
glue them into a large clump! |
