Meet The Team (from Left to Right)
Seana Monahan comes to restaurant life after years of not-for-profit work.
She's learning that the FOR-PROFIT world is VERY interesting! She was
Director of Volunteers at The Children's Place and Open Hand Chicago. People
think she's my daughter (which makes me proud!), but she's not.
Fern Bogot, also known as The Director of Community Relations, spent years
running a family business that sold candy and confections on Randolph Street.
She also has
a background helping not-for-profits organize fund-raising events. See the

And this is Milton Cardenas. What to say about Milton, our General Manager?
He came to the U.S. from Ecuador at age 16 and has made a career- and name
-for himself in the foodservice industry, working for Lettuce Entertain You
for almost 20 years. He is a Jack-of-All-Trades and master of ALL!
Sometimes I think we should rename the restaurant MILTON'S!
